This is an incredibly inspirational story about a young man from a small village in Africa who didn’t shatter any boundaries…he simply walked right through them.

At the age of 14, he figured out how to build a windmill, simply by looking at some photographs in a library book.

His family and the others in his village were skeptical—in fact, a lot of people thought he was nuts—but when his thoughtfully-engineered contraption built from bicycle and tractor parts brought electricity to their home for the first time, they were both convinced and astounded.

His idea of what he could accomplish wasn’t held back by thinking “I don’t have the money” or “Nobody’s ever done this before” or “What will people think?”

Instead it was more like: “Wow, what a cool idea! I’m going to do that!”
